Policy on CRM Integrations:

a) The Client’s privacy is of the utmost importance. Shaachi, incorporated as K2 Corp. will never view or share any conversations data within The Client’s CRM account, nor will Shaachi share any details of The Client’s business and its activities. b) Shaachi will not post any content on behalf of The Client without consent. c) Shaachi agrees to keep all information relating to the business of The Client confidential and Account information will only be available to trained employees of Shaachi. 

Note on Contacts in CRM:

i) Shaachi will keep all CRM Contacts Information strictly confidential and will not disclose any part of it; ii) not use any part or the whole of the CRM Contact Information directly or indirectly for any purposes other than the Permitted Purpose without the express written consent of the Disclosing Party; iii) use the same degree of care to protect the CRM Confidential Information as it uses to protect its own confidential information, being at least a reasonable degree of care.
